TPC Open and Closed Circuit Evaporative Cooling Towers

TPC open circuit cooling towers offer the most effective way of cooling water with water and air in direct contact with each other and are capable of supplying water to within 3°C of the ambient wet bulb temperature. Units are manufactured in GRP, stainless steel and galvanised steel and maybe of induced draught or forced draught design dependant upon location and customer requirements.

TPC closed circuit cooling towers offer the benefit of a sealed cooling system for the process while utilising evaporative cooling as highly efficient way of reducing water temperature. Unit construction maybe galvanised steel or stainless steel and the closed circuit cooling block would either be a coil or plate heat exchanger built onto the tower as a skid, dependant upon size and application.

Units are available from 50kW upwards.

Cooling Tower Alternatives

Water Treatment

All evaporative cooling equipment should be operated with a water treatment regime and to Health & Safety Guidelines L8. TPC Ltd are able to offer a full water treatment package on request.
